Demonstrative Incident and Change Management activities with strong documentation and communication skills.
4. Technical and problem solving - 5%
Extensive abilities to administer and maintain continuous operations of production scheduling and batch processing.
5. Service Management tools - 5%
Extensive knowledge of Service Management Tools such as eSMT CIT Remedy and ITIL.
6. Communications Collaborations and analytics tools - 5%
Demonstrative knowledge of Communications Collaborations and analytics tools.
