Role Summary
Drives clear targeted communications to support adoption of the S/4HANA transformation across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute program communications strategy
Create executive updates newsletters FAQs and intranet content
Translate technical and financial concepts into business-friendly messaging
Support change management and adoption activities
Coordinate messaging across email town halls and digital channels
Track engagement and adjust communications as needed

Qualifications

5 years in communications change management or content development
Supported at least one ERP or S/4HANA program
Strong writing storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
