Job Summary

Project Overview

Client is building an enterprise-level change management and value realization capability within its Transformation Management Office. The Transformation Lead will work closely with program and project owners across the organization to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes and drive effective change strategies.

This role goes beyond traditional organizational change management. The selected candidates will act as internal consultants bringing clarity to complex initiatives designing adoption strategies and ensuring programs deliver measurable value. The environment is highly collaborative and consultative requiring professionals who can influence stakeholders across multiple business units without direct authority.

The role requires individuals who can quickly integrate into active programs drive progress while initiatives are already underway and operate effectively in fast-paced ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with program and project owners as a strategic advisor to clarify objectives define success metrics and establish OKRs and KPIs tied to program outcomes.
  • Conduct organizational change readiness assessments to identify stakeholder impact adoption risks and organizational capacity.
  • Design and implement comprehensive change and adoption strategies aligned with program scope culture and complexity.
  • Oversee execution of change initiatives and adoption activities across multiple programs.
  • Support enterprise-wide operationalization of OKRs across key transformation initiatives.
  • Identify gaps where project teams lack clarity around deliverables and facilitate structured planning to address those gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams business units and senior stakeholders to align change strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Work within active programs to advance change plans while initiatives are already in progress.
  • Educate and guide stakeholders on effective change management practices to support successful adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.
  • Proven experience defining and owning OKRs KPIs and measurable program outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design execution plans and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing and influencing work across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholders.

Additional experience in any of the following areas is valuable:

  • Organizational change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ACMP)
  • Leadership or executive coaching frameworks (e.g. ICF-accredited programs)
  • Agile and delivery frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum
  • Design thinking or management consulting methodologies
