- 4- 10 years of experience on Telco-grade products.
- Should have hands-on experience in designing and developing Bare Metal and Cloud Native Microservices applications using Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker Kubernetes (K8s) Consul Redis gRPC Helm Envoy and Open-Source Integration.
- Hands on experience in C & C programming.
- Good working knowledge in CI/CD DevOps and CI automation tools like Jenkins.
- Good working knowledge of MMTEL standards including GSMA IR.92 IR.94 IR.51
- Good working knowledge in VOLTE/IMS SIP in 4G/5G core technologies.
- Knowledge of Nokia Telco products CFX-5000 NTAS Nokia SBC is a plus.
- Ensures that requirements are defined according to the Customer use-cases & in compliance with Telco standards where applicable.
- Able to participate and provide insights in technical forward-looking studies technical features definitions issues resolution.
- Able to provide guidance and support to feature team members on development as well as customer issues.
- Hands-on Experience in all aspects of Software Development and Processes.
- Team player with proven ability to work in diverse team environment
Responsibility
- Contribute towards all aspects of software life cycle management in Nokia SBC / Nokia TAS including requirement analysis design implementation and code reviews and ensure timely delivery with quality.
- Analyze critical issues found in customer deployments in detail identify the root cause and provide solutions with optimal quality.
- Drive Nokia SBC / Nokia TAS architecture evolution and introduce design/architecture optimizations as required.
- Engage discussions with customers to understand their requirements concerns and identify optimal solutions.
- Participate in process reviews/inspections workshops task forces and research groups related to Core technologies.
- Work effectively in a mixed environment and utilize best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Apply and maintain quality standards. Participate in process and tools of evolutions and identify improvements therein.
- Mentor junior team members and help them realize their full potential.
