Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 5–6 developers contribute directly to development and maintain a strong understanding of the overall architecture and product vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and support a small development team through design development and delivery.
Perform hands-on coding using .NET 8 Core Web API C# and write unit tests using NUnit.
Develop responsive UI components using React.
Design scalable and efficient database schemas ensure query optimization and maintain data integrity.
Translate business and architectural needs into clear technical tasks.
Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
Collaborate effectively with QA onshore teams product owners and other stakeholders.
Identify risks early propose solutions and ensure highquality timely delivery.
Contribute to architecture discussions and understand the bigger product picture.

Required Technical Skills

.NET 8.0
Core (Web API)
C#
NUnit
React
Database design & SQL (schema design optimization indexing normalization)
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture & design patterns

Good-to-Have Skills

Japanese language proficiency
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
