Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Sales Executive / Trainee will support the sales team in promoting and selling smart factory and automation solutions to manufacturing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on exposure to industrial automation IoT platforms robotics and digital manufacturing solutions while learning consultative B2B sales.
The role involves learning client engagement understanding manufacturing challenges assisting in solution presentations and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential manufacturing customers through research databases referrals and digital platforms.
Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
Engage with prospective clients understand their manufacturing challenges and maintain professional relationships.
Product & Solution Understanding:
Learn about smart factory solutions such as automation systems IoT platforms robotics predictive maintenance and data analytics.
Sales Support & Presentations:
Assist senior sales managers in preparing presentations proposals demos and technical discussions with clients.
Consultative Selling (Training Provided):
Understand client requirements and help propose suitable technology solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
Market & Industry Research:
Track Industry 4.0 trends competitor solutions and new technologies in manufacturing and automation.
CRM & Reporting:
Update leads client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools and prepare basic sales reports.
Post-Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in technology automation robotics and smart manufacturing
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them in simple business terms
Willingness to learn B2B sales customer handling and solution selling
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools (training will be provided)
Self-motivated proactive and eager to grow
