Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and document childrens progress and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their childs progress.
- Encourage social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Promote positive behavior and classroom management.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- State certification or licensure for pre-primary teaching.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience creativity and a nurturing disposition.
Required Skills:
Masters degree (M.A.) in English or English Literature from a recognized university. Proficiency in teaching CBSE curriculum for Classes XI and XII. Strong command of the English language including grammar vocabulary and literary analysis. Basic knowledge of educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and assess student learning effectively. Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning. Willingness to work in a dynamic collaborative school environment. Familiarity with CBSE board examination patterns and marking schemes. ---
