Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Ticketing & Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and a passion for travel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle ticketing and reservation requests from clients through various channels such as phone email and online platforms. 2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules fares and availability to clients. 3. Process bookings and issue tickets in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Coordinate with airlines hotels and other travel partners to ensure smooth and hassle-free travel arrangements for clients. 5. Assist clients with travel-related queries changes and cancellations. 6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. 8. Keep updated with industry trends airline policies and travel regulations. 9. Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell travel packages and services. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing and customer service in the travel industry. 3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 4. Proficient in using GDS systems such as Amadeus Sabre or Galileo. 5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. 8. Good knowledge of airline policies travel regulations and geography. 9. Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage. 10. Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. 11. Passion for travel and a willingness to learn.
