Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position suitable for 12th pass freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients flights. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Check passengers tickets and travel documents - Handle and tag baggage ensuring it is loaded onto the correct flight - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Conduct security screenings and follow all safety protocols - Communicate with flight crew and ground control to ensure smooth departure and arrival of flights - Respond to any customer inquiries or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass with a strong academic record - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
