Role

As our new Student Worker Medical Affairs Strategy you will support the Global Medical Affairs Strategy team in Copenhagen during an exciting and active phase of a new program. The team sits at the intersection of early R&D and commercialization working on medical strategy evidence generation and strategic insights from the field. This role is ideal for a proactive hands-on student who enjoys variety is comfortable working independently and is eager to learn how medical affairs operates within a global pharmaceutical organization. The position is for 1520 hours per week with a strong on-site presence 1-2 days a week. We are aiming for start date 15 February or 1 March!

Responsibilities

  • Meeting support: Assist with the planning coordination and documentation of virtual and in-person meetings including agenda preparation minute-taking and follow-up actions.
  • Project and administrative support: Help prepare presentations and materials for internal and external meetings ensuring information is well-organized and stored appropriately.
  • Literature searches: Conduct literature reviews and prepare clear concise summaries to support Global Medical Affairs strategy planning and evidence-generation activities.
  • Travel and expense coordination: Support travel planning and manage expense reports contracts and payment tracking ensuring accuracy and timely processing (expense-related tasks can be handled partly remotely).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across functions and regions supporting Global Medical Affairsled initiatives and ongoing collaborations.
  • Ad hoc support: Contribute to a variety of administrative and project-based tasks as needed aligned with team priorities and your interests.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a study program at a university in Copenhagen for the duration of the role.
  • Available to work 1520 hours per week with on-site availability for 1-2 days.
  • Interest in medical pharmaceutical or life sciencesrelated activities; study background is flexible.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
  • Proactive outgoing and not afraid to ask questions or roll up your sleeves.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to handle administrative tasks alongside project work.
  • Previous work experience is a strong plus demonstrating reliability and a solid work ethic.
  • Fluent in English as it is Genmabs primary working language; comfortable communicating verbally and in writing in an international environment.
  • Living in or near Copenhagen is preferred.
