As a Student Assistant in Regulatory Product Surveillance you will help ensure that our hearing aids remain safe effective and compliant throughout their entire lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of technology quality and patient safety. Here you will support the monitoring and assessment of realworld product performance by helping to collect analyze and document safety and qualityrelated information from markets worldwide.
The Team you will be part of:
Regulatory Product Surveillance team is a group of 9 colleagues part of Corporate Quality (CQ) located at Headquarters in Ballerup Denmark. Together we form a skilled group of individuals focusing on post market surveillance related the team we believe in personal development by offering sometimes challenging yet engaging and rewarding workplace.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
Support hands-on device investigations and related root cause analysis activities
Develop structured documentation data inputs and small improvements to our investigation and surveillance processes
Support the broader Post-Market Surveillance team with a variety of operational and ad hoc tasks
To thrive in the role we imagine that you:
Are currently pursuing a degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. engineering or similar).
Have knowledge of electronic systems components or materials.
Have an interest in medical devices exploring technical details and how products work and perform in real life and motivated to learn further.
Have Python experience for example to support automation of internal data and workflows.
Enjoy engaging directly with tangible activities being committed to your responsibilities and approaching them in a methodical fashion.
Are comfortable working with data and documentation.
Collaborate well with colleagues from different areas of the organization and that you contribute to a team-focused environment.
Are fluent in written and spoken English.
