Youll join the Partnership Office in the Office for Research Advice and Innovation - a core support function with 25 colleagues dedicated to building stronger ties between academia and industry.

Whatyou will do

  • Event coordination(planninglogistics facilitation on-the-day execution).
  • Ability to work evenings as many of our events take place after 17:00.
  • Present/Facilitateat events-grab the mic energize the room and keep sessions running smoothly.
  • Supportpre- andpost-event datacollection+ feedback
  • Assistwith analyses andPowerPointfor ongoing projects.
  • Support partnerrecruitmentinourscalingphase(e.g. prospect research)
  • SoMeknowledge is a plus but not arequirement

Youllworkwith 30-plus innovation-drivencompanies.

Whatyoubring

  • Enrolledin a relevantuniversityprogram.
  • Confidenceand beingcomfortable presenting at events.
  • Proactiveproblem-solverwhofindssolutions on the spot.
  • Structuredreliable andastrongteamplayer.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;experience with Canva or other design platforms is a plus.
  • Fluentin English spoken andwritten(Danish is an advantage).

You will refer to Jonas Orebo Pyndt Team Lead in the Department for ResearchAdviceand Innovation.

Your primary place of work will be DTU Lyngby Campus AnkerEngelundsVej 1 2800 Lyngby. Working from home will bepossible to some extent.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organizations of Public EmployeesDenmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State) 35.

Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays exams etc. Starting date is 1st of March (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
