About this role:

The Coordinator Curriculum provides expert support for the preparation maintenance and governance of Business and Law curriculum information across University systems and publications. The role coordinates curriculum and academic compliance activities and takes on a leadership role providing high-level administrative oversight coordination and support to both academic staff and professional teams on curriculum matters. The position also supervises operational curriculum processes supports Faculty Curriculum Committee governance and ensures curriculum approvals and implementation are managed in line with University requirements.

As a Coordinator Curriculum you will:

  • Lead and coordinate Curriculum Team activities fostering a culture of innovation continuous improvement and achievement of team objectives.
  • Partner with course teams to provide expert curriculum and academic compliance support for complex course and curriculum activities.
  • Oversee the development review and implementation of curriculum projects processes and documentation in line with University policies regulations and timeframes.
  • Provide high-level analysis and interpretation of curriculum data identifying trends and making recommendations to resolve complex issues and support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate governance and compliance activities including Faculty Curriculum Committee secretariat support accurate and timely information provision and adherence to University policies and procedures.

To be successful youll have:

  • A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields
  • A sound knowledge of compliance requirements of TESQA and CRICOS and necessary documentation required for new and existing courses.
  • Operational experience of BRUCE CALISTA and SERVICENOW systems
  • High level data analysis report writing and presentation experience
