Were looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Christchurch. As the Operations Support Coordinator you will play a key part ensuring all inbound/outbound documentation is accurate and compliant to Halls standards. This role actively interacts with operations and despatch drivers stores and customer service teams providing you with ample opportunity to develop your administrative knowledge and experience within the logistics industry. This role is an entry level appointment.
This is a busy environment and your composure to comply with our process is the key to success. If you like the idea of a stable role career development opportunities a fantastic team environment then this is the role for you!
Hours of work:
Tuesday to Saturday
45 hours per week
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role youll need:
- A hunger to learn new skills and develop themselves within the role.
- A great attitude and is a team player
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Extremely accurate with data entry
- Pro-active work approach
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
