Job Summary

Create support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store with a specific focus on the IT & Gaming department. To support role assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives.

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store
  • Ensure all IT Gaming Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards with an emphasis on Safety including in-store process and incident reporting
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
  • Maintain a high standard of pricing integrity across the IT & Gaming Department
  • Cross train develop and support sales team members on all aspects of IT & Gaming Department products and services
  • Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards including meeting responsibilities outlined in the CGA or other legislation
  • Contribute to financial performance through inventory management loss prevention and management of controllable expenses
  • Assist the Store Management team where required in all daily operational aspects of the store
  • Continuously improve skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and participation in other development opportunities
  • Keep informed of industry trends and market developments
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to further develop this role and present recommendations to Management accordingly

Qualifications :

  • At least two years retail operations experience
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing / coordinating the activities of team
