Troubleshoot and repair technical problems or issues related to computer hardware and perpheral equipment.
Support hotel guests and associates on any iT related problems.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems.
Refer major hardware/software problems or defective products to vendor or technicians for service.
Conduct inspection of tools equipment machines to identify defects and prevent future malfunctions.
Carry out duty as assigned by the manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 23 years experience in IT Support roles preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware software and hotel network systems (LAN WAN Wi-Fi TCP/IP)
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting hotel-related systems (e.g. PMS POS Key Card Systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly
- Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude aligned with luxury hotel standards
- Understanding of IT Security Data Privacy and information security standards
- Flexible working attitude with ability to work shifts and handle urgent situations
- High sense of responsibility attention to detail and capability to work well under pressure
