Your Tasks
1. ปฏบตงานซอมแซมรวมทงบำรงรกษาเครองจกรและระบบทเกยวของในขบวนการผลต
ปฏบตงานซอมแซมเครองจกรในสภาวะผดปรกตหรอเกด Break Down โดยทำการแกไขวเคราะหตามสาเหตของปญหา ในพนท compounding filling packing Cleaning room CIP and tank farm รวมทงระบบ Automation
บำรงรกษาเครองจกร ตามแผนทกำหนดไว ใหเครองจกรมประสทธภาพสงสด
2. ปรบปรงเครองจกร
ทำการปรบปรงเครองจกรโดยกำจดปญหาในจดการเสยบอยๆหรอปรบปรงจดใหปฏบตทำงานไดงายขน เพอทำการลดการซอมและเวลาในการในซอม (MTTR) แผนกผลตสามารถเดนงานไดประสทธภาพสงสด และสอดคลองกบหลกปฏบตความปลอดภยและคณภาพ
มสวนในการรบผดชอบการออกแบบเครองกลชนสวนในเครองจกร และปรบปรงอะไหลใหเหมาะกบการใชงาน
3. มสวนรวมในการวางแผนซอมบำรง
เปนสวนหนงในการวางแผนซอมบำรง กบทม โดยทำการเกบขอมลการซอม spare part ประวต และขอมลอนๆทสำคญในการ วางแผน กบทม
4. รายงานการซอมแซม การบำรงรกษาเครองจกรรายงานปญหาตางๆใหผบงคบบญชาทราบ
5. มหนาทดและเกยวกบความปลอดภยทงตนเอง เพอนรวมงานทรพยสนของบรษทไมใหเกดความเสยหาย
6. ใหความรวมมอกบกจกรรมของบรษท เชน กจกรรม Lean Kaizen พลงงาน คณภาพSHE5ส เปนตน และปฏบตงานอนๆตามทไดรบมอบหมายจาก ผบงคบบญชา
Your Profile
- จบ ปวชปวส หรอ ป.ตร สาขาชางไฟฟา อเลกทรอนกส ชางยนต กลโรงงาน เทคนคการผลต หรอสาขาทเกยวของ
- รระบบงานซอมบำรงระบบ Preventive maintenance
- สามารถใชคอมพวเตอร และเขยนแบบ AutoCAD ได
- มประสบการณดานงานซอมบำรงเครองจกรในสายการผลตดานcGMP มามากกวา 1 ป
