Job Summary
This role will support the Senior Creative Marketing Strategist and Creative Marketing Specialist with all creative related tasks within the Client Acquisition Team. The main focus will be on creative production and creative analysis but not limited to it.
Your tasks:
- Support the coordination of the creative production process of all ad formats across paid advertising channels (Google Meta TikTok Twitter etc)
- Support the operations of the creative testing roadmap of our paid campaigns with the goal to continuously maximise performance
- Support the scaling of new creative concepts through specific tools (e.g. Storyteq AI etc)
- Support with the steering of external partners to produce ads.
- Support with the creative performance analyses holistically across channels to identify actionable winning communication strategies.
- Support the tracking of competitor activities.
- Work closely with all relevant marketing stakeholders (Design Brand International Growth external partners) to prioritise the production of top performing concepts meeting campaigns KPIs.
- Staying up to date with advertising trends techniques and best practices
Qualifications :
- Interest or first experiences in performance marketing and creative production.
- Interest in working closely with copywriting and design teams to develop creative and engaging content.
- Creative by nature and high interest in visual and motion design.
- Confident in coming up and discussing new ideas on a regular basis
- High self-organised working style and the ability to manage your workflow effectively.
- KPI-driven and excellent analytical skills
- Keep yourself always up-to-date about relevant market social media trends and know how to integrate them into a performance driven marketing strategy
- Proficiency in English and native German communication skills to articulate design decisions and communicate with the team and stakeholders
- Fluency in Italian will be considered a plus
- Interest and previous experience in the financial sector will be considered a strong plus
