We are looking for a mid-senior analytics professional with 4 years of experience in retail analytics to lead campaign analytics across international retail markets. This role emphasizes campaign management analytical thinking data architecture understanding and stakeholder ownership. You will oversee campaign measurement ensure data flow integrity guide reporting outcomes and translate analytics into business-ready and ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end campaign analytics process from targeting strategy and execution tracking to performance reporting and insights. Act as the analytics point of contact for campaigns ensuring alignment between business objectives data flows and reporting outcomes. Review and validate campaign data KPIs and metrics to ensure accuracy consistency and business relevance. Guide the design and monitoring of data pipelines and architectures ensuring smooth data movement across systems. Partner with engineering and data teams to review logic transformations and automation without direct low-level coding ownership. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve turnaround time and reporting quality. Lead client-facing reporting and dashboards ensuring insights are clearly articulated and decision-ready. Manage multiple campaigns and priorities to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide analytical guidance and review support to junior team and KnowledgeDemonstrate a strong understanding of campaign analytics performance measurement and targeting frameworks. Possess working knowledge of Azure Databricks Power BI Azure Data Factory SQL and Excel with the ability to understand and review data logic and flows. Be able to interpret and validate PySpark and Python-based transformations without being the primary developer. Have experience with data pipeline architecture dependencies and monitoring. Exhibit a strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into clear business narratives.
