About This Opportunity:
The Director of Product Operations is responsible for growing and leading a dedicated Product Operations team at Docebo streamlining and enhancing product-related processes to drive efficiency and cross-functional alignment. This is the right hand person of the head of product. This individual oversees product communications tools processes and strategy research enabling Product Design Engineering and Data teams to focus on innovation and deliver impactful products. The Director will consolidate key functions to optimize workflows ensure consistent execution and foster a data-driven approach to product decision-making.

Grow and Lead the Product Operations Team:
Grow a dedicated team to manage product operations ensuring it supports Product Design Engineering and Data teams with the most effective tools processes and insights available.
Enhance Cross-Functional Operations:
Develop support and optimize product-related processes that streamline collaboration between Product & Technology teams and other departments freeing up time for innovation and development.
Standardize Product Tools and Systems:
Oversee the adoption and management of tools and systems used in product development ensuring teams have access to the best resources for their needs.
Drive Product Strategy Research:
Lead efforts to consolidate product-related insights and research into a central repository supporting more data-driven informed decision-making across teams.
Improve Product Communication:
Create and maintain communication protocols that ensure consistent and effective information flow among stakeholders aligning teams on priorities and strategies.
Monitor and Report on Operational Efficiency:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations using metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Facilitate Resource Planning and Budget Oversight:
Manage budgetary responsibilities related to product operations ensuring financial resources are used effectively.
Champion Process Adoption:
Lead change management initiatives related to new processes tools or systems providing training and support to maximize engagement and adoption.

Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in product management product operations or related roles with 3 years in a leadership position.
Operational Efficiency Expertise: Demonstrated experience in streamlining processes and improving cross-functional workflows.
Data Analytics Skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau) to support data-driven decisions.
Tools and Systems Management: Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Asana).
Change Management Abilities: Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive the adoption of new processes and tools.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills capable of creating clarity across diverse teams.
