We are looking for a Kitting Line Lead to oversee the Kitting Team to work the schedule: Mon to Thurs 3:15pm to 1:15am.
This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.
The salary range for this position is $22.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour commensurate with experience education and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
Oversee daily operations of one or two kitting lines
Ensure every kit is accurate high-quality and ready on time
Manage inventory of boxes labels tape and materials
Coach support and guide team members to meet productivity and quality goals
Promote a safe organized and continuous improvement-focused workspace
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
OSSD or equivalent
Experience in kitting packaging or warehouse leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Team-oriented with a focus on quality accuracy and efficiency
Lift truck experience or quality control background is a plus
