Heres how a Jr. Field Engineer for our Ottawa office Contributes to our team:

Coordinates with superintendent on workforce planning
Documents field records for quality production labor and materials.
Maintains project document control and procedures. Supports project team to lead trade contractors including requests for information (RFIs) shop drawings changes and billings.
Participates in the supervision of self-perform scopes including labor and quantity tracking
Prepares quantity takeoffs.
Assists with updating drawings and specifications.
Identifies issues on-site or in defined work scopes.
Coordinates third-party inspections and site reviews.
Conducts basic safety inspections and training identifies and corrects safety hazards and leads by example in safety practices and procedures.
Assists with schedules and monitoring performance
Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders
