The Senior Director Agile Capabilitiesis a key member of the Enterprise AgileCentre of Expertise (COE) responsible to drive the adoption of the end-to-end (E2E) operating model design and deployment across CIBC through driving the craft of the Product Owners.TheSenior Director isaccountable for defining and elevating the enterprise Product Owner craft.
This role sets the standards capability strategy progression framework and development pathways for Product Owners ensuring consistent excellence in product vision value realization backlog discipline stakeholder alignment and client-centricity.The role partners with Domain and Crew leadership to strengthen product maturity align product decisions to enterprise strategy and build a strong pipeline of future product leaders.
