Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to Senior Leadership within a healthcare/medical organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing executive schedules communications and operational priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Directors daily calendar appointments meetings and travel schedules

Screen manage and respond to emails calls and official correspondence on behalf of senior leadership
-
Prepare high-quality reports briefs presentations and meeting documentation
-
Coordinate internal and external meetings including virtual and physical sessions
-
Track action points deadlines and deliverables ensuring timely follow-up
-
Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
-
Maintain accurate records files and confidential documents

Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

Ensure effective office coordination and administrative efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements

BSc or HND in Business Administration Management Health Sciences or a related field
-
Minimum of 3 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role

Prior experience within the healthcare or medical sector is an added advantage

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar Docs Sheets Drive)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities

High level of discretion professionalism and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
