The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and technically excellent Cybersecurity Delivery Consultant to be the cornerstone of our client this role you will own the end-to-end technical delivery and ongoing value realization of our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services. You are not just an implementer; you are a trusted advisor who ensures our clients achieve the measurable outcomes promised in our Joint Success Planreduced risk faster response times and proven compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Onboarding: Execute our proven 12-week implementation roadmap for new ShieldMax Enterprise clients. Conduct initial risk assessments deploy and configure EDR/SIEM tools (e.g. CrowdStrike Microsoft Sentinel) and establish 24/7 monitoring baselines.
• Drive Client Outcomes: Act as the primary technical point of contact ensuring the achievement of critical milestones (Day 30 60 90). You will translate SOC alerts and vulnerability scans into actionable business insights for client stakeholders.
• Own Incident Response Coordination: Serve as the escalation lead during confirmed security incidents leveraging our Incident Response Retainer to guide clients through containment eradication and recovery.
• Deliver Strategic Value: Prepare and present executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) showcasing key metrics (Mean Time to Detect/Respond vulnerability closure rates) and co-developing the annual security roadmap.
• Optimize & Advise: Continuously tune detection rules review security policies and provide guidance on security awareness programs to strengthen the clients human firewall.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 2 years in a client-facing delivery consulting or security engineering role.
• Hands-on technical expertise with core security stack components: EDR/XDR (CrowdStrike SentinelOne) SIEM platforms Firewalls (Fortinet Palo Alto) and Email Security.
• Practical mastery of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and its application in managed services.
• Proven experience in vulnerability management lifecycle and incident response procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills able to distill complex threats for both technical teams and C-level executives.
• Highly Desirable Certifications: CISSP CISM GIAC (GCIH GMON) or relevant vendor certifications (CrowdStrike Fortinet).
