Inviting Applications for the role of Manager Retail capability
In this role the incumbent will support retail space optimization efforts to enhance customer experience drive sales and ensure efficient product placement. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in space planning floor planning and retail operations. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams assist in data analysis and contribute to the implementation of strategies that maximize the use of physical retail spaces while ensuring seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
Responsibilities
Identifying diagnosing and prioritizing end-to-end process improvement opportunities across retail value chains from merchandising and pricing through supply chain stores and customer operations
Designing target-state (TO-BE) operating models value streams and process architectures to support scalable standardized and digitally enabled retail operations
Leading AS-IS process discovery and documentation efforts validating pain points control gaps and performance drivers through data workshops and stakeholder interviews
Determining the most effective BPM automation and technology enablement approaches required to realize process transformation goals
Analyzing operational inefficiencies cost drivers cycle-time bottlenecks and service gaps and supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives to capture measurable benefits
Translating business and operational needs into process requirements functional specifications and solution design inputs for ERP OMS POS CRM and BPM platforms
Supporting the definition of KPIs SLAs and governance models to ensure ongoing performance management and continuous optimization
Evaluating current and future-state process maturity control frameworks and compliance requirements across retail operations
Structuring and facilitating process workshops design sessions and stakeholder walkthroughs to align business IT and operations teams
Creating and delivering executive-ready process maps transformation roadmaps and business cases to drive leadership alignment and investment decisions
Partnering closely with Vice Presidents and Assistant Vice Presidents to plan structure and run internal and external governance forums including steering committees operating reviews and transformation cadence meetings
Owning the orchestration of client engagement logistics including scheduling executive workshops coordinating stakeholder participation and managing end-to-end client visit planning to ensure high-impact outcome-driven interactions
Supporting VP and AVP leadership in preparing for executive-level discussions by developing meeting agendas briefing materials and decision packs for client leadership internal governance and program steering
Qualifications We Seek in You!
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
Bachelors or masters degree in business administration Operations Management Supply Chain Information Systems or a related discipline.
Prior experience in BPM consulting process transformation or retail operations
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-led process and operational decisions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple transformation workstreams effectively.
Proactive mindset with high attention to detail and strong ownership of delivery.
Ability to adapt to different client environments operating models and engagement schedules.
Strong problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with BPM workflow RPA and retail enterprise platforms used in operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI PowerPoint and other reporting and visualization tools.
