Job Summary
Job Title: Retail Salesperson (In-Store)
Company: Broot Compusoft LLP
Location: Vrindavan Vihar Colony Kings Road Near Shyam Nagar Police Station Jaipur Rajasthan.
Work Details
Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Week Off: Rotational week off.
Weekend Work: Candidates must be willing to work on weekends (high customer flow).

The company also offers services such as rentals repair & maintenance and customised solutions to a wide range of customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused retail salesperson to manage inside store sales operations at our Jaipur retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and customer service capable of driving sales assisting customers and supporting day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features pricing and offers clearly.
Handle billing and payment processes.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Support stock handling and inventory checks.
Help achieve store sales targets.
Requirements:
1–2 years of retail sales experience (electronics or gadget sales preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of billing/POS systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:
15000 to 22000 per month (depending on interview performance and work experience).
