Job Summary

The Hartford Memorial Middle School is seeking a paraprofessional to work within the special education dept. Our paraprofessionals are integral parts of our team providing consistent intervention for children who require additional support. Duties will include directly supporting students in classrooms and alternative settings assisting with the implementation of educational programming (both academic and behavioral) and may also require assistance with personal care and are seeking teammates who are collaborative flexible supportive and above all - who believe in kids! Some understanding of developmental disabilities is welcomed but not required. Candidates will receive training from the highly qualified and experienced staff.
