Job Summary
Allocator One Group is a global investing and operating platform reshaping how institutional capital reaches private markets. We are one of the most active backers of emerging fund managers and have visibility on roughly 80 % of the global first-time GP landscape identifying evaluating and supporting the top talent before broader markets do. Its structured around two distinct but complementary business lines:
- Allocator One: our investment platform that anchors and accelerates high-potential emerging fund managers by providing early capital strategic support and market access.
- Infra One: our technology-enabled fund operations and services arm which simplifies regulatory administrative and operational challenges so emerging managers can scale quickly and globally.
Together this model goes beyond a traditional fund-of-funds by pairing capital with a scalable platform: early commitments institutional-grade support and proprietary workflows that reduce friction from fund setup through reporting and investor engagement. We operate across four continents with core hubs in Vienna London and Singapore and continuously expanding our geographic footprint. While this role is open globally were ideally looking for someone based in Vienna to work closely with the founding partners.
We are seeking a senior operator to take full ownership of dashboards reporting and own the groups operating intelligence end-to-end to professionalise scale and automate how the business is run. This role sits at the intersection of operations analytics and global expansion you will be responsible for how the group reports tracks performance scales its operations enters new geographies and products and turns complex information into clear decisions. Beyond running the operating backbone you will also take on strategic projects directly with the founders as the business grows.
This is not a coordinator role youll step in and run the show from day one bringing structured thinking and the maturity to operate at a group level.
Tasks
Specifically you will:
- Own group-wide reporting and analytics across regions products and asset classes covering:
- Fund and product performance
- AUM development by region
- Infrastructure sales and growth targets
- Design optimise and automate operational and financial reporting using advanced Excel / Google Sheets BI tools and AI-enabled workflows and software solutions.
- Build and maintain complex operational and financial models and KPIs (AUM commitments deployment MOIC IRR DPI pipeline regional growth metrics).
- Aggregate and synthesise inputs from different regional data into clear decision-ready insights.
- Co-lead business expansion initiatives including new geographies new products and scaling internal infrastructure.
- Work closely with Investor Relations across GPs and a diverse LP base (institutional family offices and other capital providers) including LP reporting data rooms and institutional-grade reporting standards.
- Act as a trusted representative of the Founders / MDs in meetings ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
Requirements
- Background at an investment or top-tier consulting firm and/or a senior operating role with sustained responsibility for the above outlined functions.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience owning dashboards reporting and operating intelligence in a complex multi-region environment.
- Proven experience operating with P&L responsibility and at group or executive level.
- Deep practical expertise in financial modeling dashboards and executive reportingthis should already be second nature.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability (multi-sheet models scenarios sensitivities version control).
- Exceptional analytical communication and project management skills; comfort with ambiguity and global collaboration.
- Strong AI and automation affinity: experience or clear aptitude in automating reporting analytics and operating workflows using modern tools and software.
- Experience working with or around institutional investors and IR processes.
- High judgment discretion and the ability to operate independently
- Ambition to grow into broader operating or investment leadership as the group scales.
