Job Summary
How does your working day look like...
- You take ownership of our Pizza & Salumeria station and make sure quality flavour and presentation are always on point.
- You prepare our pizza dough fresh every day from the perfect mix to the ideal fermentation for authentic Neapolitan pizza.
- You prepare sauces toppings and ingredients daily while keeping a close eye on freshness and quality.
- You stretch top and bake pizzas with passion making sure every pizza comes out of the oven perfectly crisp and beautifully finished.
- You lead the team at your station coordinate with the kitchen during service and share your pizza knowledge with junior team members.
Qualifications :

- You have a passion for pizza great ingredients and authentic kitchen craftsmanship
- Youve gained some experience in gastronomy with pizza or Italian cuisine.
- You stay cool and focused even when the kitchen gets busy during service.
- Youre a hands-on team player who enjoys working together and supporting the crew.
- Youre curious open-minded and excited to be part of a lively and creative kitchen environment.
