Job Summary
- Operation & Monitoring: 3rdlevel troubleshooting escalation handling and ownership of complex incidents.
- Network Design & Optimization: Contribute to architecture modernization SDWAN NGFW segmentation and capacity planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Security and Business Units to ensure stability and clear communication.
- Project Support: Lead technical work packages in strategic network initiatives.
- Technical Ownership: Act as SME for security components; maintain standards documentation and operational excellence.
- Incident Management: Analyze prioritize resolve and document incidents per ITIL processes.
Qualifications :
- 5 years senior network engineering experience (enterprise scale).
- Expert knowledge of routing switching WiFi VPN and firewall technologies (Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC).
- Strong L3 troubleshooting RCA and performance analysis skills.
- Handson experience with Splunk Syslog and monitoring platforms.
- Experience with Jira Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Fluent English; German beneficial; additional CEE languages an advantage.
