Salary Range: 15k – 25k
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of equipment machinery and building systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC and other building systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks (e.g. changing filters checking wiring inspecting plumbing systems).
- Respond promptly to repair requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and repair doors windows floors walls ceilings and other building structures as needed.
- Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and request orders for necessary materials.
- Assist with the setup of equipment and arrangements for special events or activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work and minimize disruption to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks repairs and inspections.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairsifapplicable.
