Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $80000 - $90000

Compensation:In accordance with California law the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Role Summary:The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting duties that are inclusive of the St Annes Transitional Housing and Childcare Center Limited Partnership (THCC).

Salary: $80000 $90000
Schedule: Monday Thursday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM; Every other Friday off
Full-time exempt
Work location: 155 N Occidental Blvd Los Angeles CA 90026

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining financial records to track the organizations assets liabilities profit/loss tax liabilities and other related financial activities
Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status including monthly account reconciliations and analysis
Assisting with annual audit preparations maintaining financial records for audit purposes and interfacing with auditors
Overseeing the accurate batching and processing of weekly check requests
Handling month-end closing duties
Reconciling chargebacks and interfund between organizations
Supporting all aspects of Accounting

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field required
5 years of relevant experience required
Budgeting experience required
Knowledge of accounting software required
Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
