What Youll Do

  • Be the branch backbone: Support branch personnel with parts pricing quotes and materials so jobs run smoothly
  • Keep projects moving: Coordinate shipments to customer sites and manage incoming deliveries
  • Inventory & materials support: Track inventory receive shipments process direct ship orders and support material needs across departments
  • Customer-facing support: Assist walk-in customers with orders requests and service needs
  • Administrative coordination: Collect and submit service and delivery paperwork to the main office
  • Purchasing support: Prepare and submit purchase requisitions
  • Team collaborator: Work closely with service operations and other departments to meet shared goals
  • Hands-on flexibility: Occasionally assist at customer job sites as needed
  • Adapt daily: Take on varied responsibilities as operational needs change

What You Bring

  • Operations & inventory experience: Background in warehouse distribution or inventory control
  • Strong organization skills: Ability to multitask prioritize and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment
  • Problem-solving mindset: Use logic and reasoning to identify solutions and keep operations running smoothly
  • Tech comfort: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and inventory tracking
  • Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player: Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and customers
  • Professional attitude: Positive customer-focused and reliable

Your Work Environment

  • Work across office warehouse production floor and customer sites
  • Local travel to customer sites or vendors as needed
  • Active role requiring standing walking bending reaching and lifting up to 25 lbs
