Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize profitability
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing operations team
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage budgets and forecast operational expenses
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the restaurant industry
- HAve lead 20 restaurants at once
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools
