NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations for our fast casual dining segment located in St Louis. This full-time on-site position presents an exceptional opportunity to lead and enhance our operational strategies to ensure excellence in service and customer satisfaction within the restaurant industry.
As the Director of Operations you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants ensuring that we deliver top-notch dining experiences to our guests. You will collaborate with various departments to drive efficiency improve processes and implement innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. We offer a competitive salary range of $100000 - $120000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize profitability
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing operations team
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage budgets and forecast operational expenses
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the restaurant industry
- HAve lead 20 restaurants at once
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools
