The Residence Life department is seeking a dependable student worker to assist the Residential Coordinators and the Resident Assistants in providing a quality educational environment in the residence halls. SRAs must demonstrate the desire to assist others and build relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. They must possess an ability to accept and implement CRD policies and exhibit emotional maturity dependability and responsibility. Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership communication and organizational skills along with the ability to mentor peers and manage multiple responsibilities. They must be dependable professional and comfortable handling conflict and responding to emergencies.
