Aarna Systems is seeking a driven and strategicLead Generation Executiveto build our presence in the United States B2B/Professional Services market. Youll be the critical first point of contact responsible for identifying and converting small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners and decision-makers into qualified sales appointments.
This role focuses exclusively on generating high-quality appointments for ourweb design digital marketing AI integration and CRM consulting services. If you have a proven track record of cold outreach in the US market and can consistently book meetings with business owners and marketing/operations leaders we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Prospect Outreach: Execute targeted cold outreach campaigns across email LinkedIn phone and social media to reach US-based SMB decision-makers and business owners
Strategic Research & List Building: Identify high-value SMB prospects (typically 10500 employees) in professional services e-commerce healthcare and B2B sectors using web research LinkedIn and data intelligence tools to build prioritized prospect lists
Advanced Email Sequencing: Design and execute personalized multi-touch email campaigns with compelling subject lines relevant pain-point messaging and strategic follow-ups to achieve high open and response rates
LinkedIn Sales Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques to research prospects send personalized connection requests engage with relevant content and warm up leads before direct outreach
Qualifying Prospects to Sales-Ready Status: Use qualification frameworks (BANT: Budget Authority Need Timeline) to confirm buying intent decision-making authority business needs and timeline before scheduling appointments
Calendar Management & Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book qualified discovery calls and strategy sessions between prospects and our Sales Team handling time zone differences across US regions and managing no-shows through confirmation sequences
Compelling Personalized Messaging: Craft outreach messages that highlight specific pain points relevant to each prospectinefficient digital presence outdated marketing strategies lack of automation CRM implementation challenges
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activity engagement metrics and lead progression in our CRM; ensure accurate pipeline data for sales reporting and forecasting
Objection Handling & Persistence: Navigate common objections with professionalism and persistence understanding that SMB decision-makers often need multiple touches before committing to meetings
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics including email open rates response rates meeting-set rates and show-up rates; continuously test and refine messaging and targeting strategies
Key Requirements:
2years of proven appointment-setting experiencein B2B/Professional Services cold outreach or sales development representative (SDR/BDR) roles specifically targeting the US market
Demonstrated track record of booking qualified sales appointmentsin technology professional services digital marketing or SaaS sectors with consistent monthly quota achievement
Expert cold email and email sequencing skills: Proven ability to write compelling personalized emails that achieve strong open rates (20%) and response rates (5%)
Advanced LinkedIn sales navigation proficiency: Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator writing effective connection requests and leveraging social selling for prospect warming
Strong web research and prospect identification skills: Ability to identify decision-makers analyze company websites research buying signals and build targeted prospect lists without relying on purchased lists
Excellent written and verbal communication: Clear professional communication style capable of adapting messaging to different prospect seniority levels and pain points
CRM proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive Zoho) for activity logging pipeline management and sales reporting
US Business Market Knowledge: Understanding of US business culture time zones professional norms and B2B decision-making processes for small and medium enterprises
Self-motivated and results-driven: Ability to work independently in a remote environment manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously and maintain high activity levels with persistence
