The Information Technology Salesforce Solutions Architect will be responsible for architectingand integrating Salesforce solutions enterprise wide. Including but not limited to designing and configuring Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and maximize platform functionality.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce Products with a primary focus on Salesforce FSC to meet the complex needs of this organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define a Salesforce roadmap that supports long-term business goals and drives digital transformation.
- Propose and implement process improvements leveraging Salesforce functionality to automate workflows/flows improve data visibility and enhance overall business performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and the Salesforce platform ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for Salesforce usage configuration and change management ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
- Act as a key advisor to stakeholders at all levels ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with the broader business strategy and can drive measurable impact.
- Oversee the development and documentation of functional and technical requirements and solution designs.
- Function as the Salesforce Administrator to build and optimize reports dashboards and
analytics using Salesforce Reports Dashboards and other systems as needed to provide actionable insights into business performance.
- Other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.
Knowledge Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Five (5) years managing Salesforce Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform development (Apex Visualforce LWC SOQL AURA) and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs middleware)
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with the MS Office suite of tools (Excel PowerPoint Word)
