Job Summary

You will be primarily responsible for:

Supporting the management of the business line by tracking key performance indicators producing and improving regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring revenue and costs and supporting the budget process to ensure robust financial management
Adapting and improving business management processes with various teams to strengthen performance monitoring and operational efficiency
Structuring supporting and steering the execution of the divisions key initiatives from business-as-usual to new projects in close collaboration with business teams and project managers
Acting as a liaison between teams within the division providing support to senior management and enhancing business efficiency
Conducting delivering and presenting market research studies and business cases to inform decision-making
Monitoring industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth

Your profile:

Masters degree in business engineering or a related field
Previous experience in demanding environments such as investment banking strategy consulting M&A boutique fast-growing businesses or a similar role
Strong interest in capital markets
Robust analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and concisely
Demonstrated capacity to operate in a fast-moving environment and under time pressure
Strong project management skills with the ability to frame lead and execute key projects
Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities comfortable with uncertainty and incomplete information
Strong communication skills able to interact confidently with teams and C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
Proactive structured and able to take initiative
Proficient in MS Office with data analysis skills; knowledge of Python is a plus
Fluent in English; fluency in French is a plus

Joining our Cash Equity and Data Services team you will be part of a high-impact international team that represents 30% of Euronext Groups total revenues. The business line brings together three core businesses cash equity trading data services and colocation and client connectivity services as well as three transversal teams supporting the wider organisation: analytics and functional design market strategy quantitative research. Our team of 100 professionals is based across France Italy the Netherlands the United Kingdom Norway Portugal and Ireland working collaboratively to drive innovation and deliver excellence in capital markets.
