This role is pivotal in driving transformation initiatives that align with our organisational strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency across all services and regions.
As the Transformational Manager you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for planning executing and overseeing complex projects from establishment to completion. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives foster engagement and mitigate risks. Your ability to manage competing priorities communicate effectively and influence outcomes will be critical to success.
Key initial responsibilities include the following four strategic initiatives that are designed to reshape how we work. These initiatives aim to transform the ways we deliver care to our recipients supported by transformation and modernisation of the digital technologies that enable our workforce to deliver care with confidence clarity and impact.
Ways of working: introducing new workflows clearer roles and streamlined processes that support accountability collaboration continuous improvement and better more connected care delivery.
Digital Technologies: replacing legacy systems (TRACCS) and introducing new technologies (Riskonnect) that are integrated where possible to reduce complexity improve data visibility and analysis and support effective risk-informed decision-making.
Workforce enablement: ensuring that every change is designed with our workforce and care delivery teams in mind making work easier more intuitive and impactful.
Contemporary communication and information sharing: a new intranet (information sharing platform) will be introduced to serve as the central hub for communication resources and collaboration across our footprint making it easier for teams to access key information to support them in their roles.
