Job Summary
Parts Counter Specialist
Luther Automotive Group is seeking an energetic adaptable Floating Parts Counterperson to join our growing team. What Youll Do
- Support multiple Luther Automotive dealerships across the Twin Cities by providing parts counter coverage as needed
- Assist technicians service advisors and retail customers with accurate and timely parts information
- Source order and distribute parts efficiently to keep service operations running smoothly
- Organize parts inventory
- Build strong relationships with team members across multiple stores
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
What Were Looking For
- A selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced dynamic work environment
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different dealership environments and processes
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between locations
- Previous parts or automotive experience is a plus but not requiredwere willing to train the right person
