Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Online Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company

- Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable payroll and bank deposits

- Reconcile bank and credit card statements

- Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets

- Manage and track expenses and invoices

- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field

- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of landscaping industry is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Online Bookkeeping Specialist will have the flexibility to work from home but may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings at our office in Tucker Georgia.
