The role leads the A10X program for Amazon India. A10X is a D2C focused pan-Amazon program specially designed to identify and grow D2C brands across categories converting them into traffic makers of tomorrow.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead overall A10X program which requires interaction across internal stakeholders brands VCs and external agencies
2. Grow the overall program topline with continued focus on improving brand inputs
3. Working closely with VC partners for brand funding
4. Lead the A10X offline events planning and execution
5. Work with internal stakeholders to expand the programs reach and services
- 3 years of with Excel experience
- 5 years of retail operations product or program management or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Bachelors degree or 3 years of professional or military experience
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations pricing and promotion inventory management and product development
