Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and workforce teams nationally youll be responsible for proactively sourcing engaging and qualifying candidates up to shortlist stage. Youll support critical vacancies surge demands and special workforce projects while ensuring compliance data accuracy and an excellent candidate experience.
Day to day!
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Seek Talent Search job boards referrals and internal databases
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future permanent roles
- Conduct initial screening interviews and prepare detailed candidate profiles
- Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and market conditions
- Support shortlisting interview coordination and candidate communication
- Assist with job ad drafting and optimisation
- Maintain accurate compliant candidate records within the ATS/CRM
- Contribute market insights including candidate availability and salary benchmarking
- Support workforce shortages surge demands and special projects nationally

You bring strong IT skills across CRM/ATS systems excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You are proactive resilient commercially aware and a strong relationship builder with a candidate-first mindset and you ideally have experience in recruitment resourcing talent acquisition or healthcare recruitment.
