Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content the Communications Manager plays a key role in shaping and delivering client-facing communications that strengthen Healthcare Australias brand and support business growth.
In this role youll lead the development of engaging digital content across email marketing website copy and paid media ensuring consistent high-impact messaging across all HCA brands. Youll collaborate closely with Brand Digital Marketing HR and other stakeholders to deliver communications that resonate with clients and support the broader 1HCA vision.

- Developing and executing client-focused communications strategies across digital channels
- Creating compelling content for email campaigns websites blogs landing pages and advertising
- Designing and delivering email marketing campaigns that drive engagement cross-selling and client loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
- Supporting occasional internal communications such as company updates and organisational announcements
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to optimise communications effectiveness

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- A Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field
- 5 years experience in communications content marketing or a similar role with a strong digital focus
- Demonstrated experience delivering email marketing campaigns and digital communications strategies
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices CMS platforms and analytics tools
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance insights and refine content strategies
