The Opportunity
Our Ranbuild business is looking for a Regional Manager - QLD to join our team. This is a hybrid role with a primary base in either our Northgate or Eagle Farm sites in QLD. Ranbuild has been supplying sheds garages and steel buildings for over 70 years specialising in the commercial residential rural and equine markets.
We are looking for an inspiring and commercially minded Regional Manager to lead and grow our dealer network across Queensland. Covering a large and diverse territory youll play a key role in supporting dealer success strengthening relationships and achieving regional growth targets. With one direct report - Regional Coordinator this is a hands-on role where your influence and leadership will make a real impact.

What Will You Do
Supporting your current dealers to grow their business whilst identifying and expanding the dealership portfolio you will:
- build strong relationships with dealers to improve lead conversion and sales outcomes
- develop and nurture your dealer network including onboarding capability development and succession planning
- deliver volume margin and product mix targets while supporting efficient processes
- monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- lead mentor and develop your direct report
- plan and manage KPIs and reporting using Microsoft BI Salesforce and our in house RB Online platform

- previous experience in business development ideally with dealer or distributor networks
