Job Summary

This is a hands-on campaign execution role for a sharp commercially-minded digital marketer who thrives on turning global strategy into pipeline.

Sitting within the Global Digital Marketing team and reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing youll orchestrate and build multi-channel campaigns across NA and ANZ verticals including insurance government and commercial. Youll work closely with paid media agencies the marketing automation team and growth marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built to spec tracked correctly and optimised relentlessly toward pipeline outcomes.

This role is central to Nearmaps digital growth engine at a time when were investing seriously in ABM infrastructure attribution rigour and paid channel performance. If youre energised by complexity ownership and measurable business impact this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Campaign orchestration and execution is the heart of this role. Youll translate digital strategy briefs into fully built live campaigns across LinkedIn paid Google Ads programmatic display and 6sense ABM owning everything from campaign setup and audience targeting through to material instructions creative trafficking UTM governance and Salesforce campaign mapping.

On the ABM side youll operationalise account-based programmes using 6sense coordinating intent signals target account lists and personalised ad experiences to support sales pipeline across key verticals. Youll ensure segment logic suppression lists and engagement triggers are correctly configured and maintained.

Youll manage day-to-day agency relationships for paid media execution holding our agency partners accountable to agreed deliverables timelines and performance benchmarks. Youll be the operational bridge between agency output and internal stakeholder expectations.

Attribution and reporting also crucial parts of this role. Youll maintain campaign tracking hygiene and investment is attributable to pipeline. Youll produce regular performance reports to the business with clear commentary on whats working what isnt and what needs to evolve.


Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

  • You have at least four years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong track record in paid campaign execution across LinkedIn Google Ads and programmatic channels. Youve built and managed ABM programs ideally using 6sense or a comparable intent-based platform and you understand how to connect account-level signals to campaign strategy.
  • Youre technically fluent across the tools that matter: LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Ads and Salesforce as a reporting and attribution layer. Marketo or a comparable MAP is a bonus.
  • Attribution is something you take seriously. You understand UTM governance campaign tracking architecture and why clean Salesforce mapping matters for pipeline reporting. You dont just run campaigns you make sure theyre measurable.
  • Youre comfortable working with agencies as a peer not just a client. You know how to give a clear brief interrogate performance data and push back when output doesnt meet the standard.
  • You operate well with a high degree of autonomy. You can take a strategic direction and figure out the execution path without needing to be hand-held. Youre organised deadline-driven and genuinely care about whether your campaigns move the business.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS geospatial technology or a similarly complex B2B category is strongly preferred. Experience working across multiple verticals or market segments simultaneously is a plus.
