Signet is seeking a Nebraska licensed or license eligible Masters level Licensed Social Worker/Counselor / Mental Health Therapist or equivalent for this full-time position with our program at Howard County Medical Center St. Paul NE. Must be licensed in Nebraska or able to obtain licensure before starting.
This is an on-site position. Not open for remote.
Signet offers a very generous salary sign-on bonus relocation allowance and personal time off.. Monday - Friday... No weekends or holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide both group and individual therapy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
- Supervision of staff.
- Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program.
Requirements/Qualifications
Specific qualifications include:
- Nebraska State Licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or license - eligible.
- Related work experience.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Marketing Skills.

Howard County Medical Center St. Paul NE is a small 10-bed critical access hospital with a huge personal touch. The Medical Center has been providing quality services since 1955 and serves individuals in Howard Merrick Valley Sherman Greeley and Hall Counties. Tele-Health is available for those patients unable to attend in-person.
