Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.

We are currently seeking a full-timeRegional Director of Nursing to join our team at Eastern Correctional Institutionlocated in Westover Maryland.

The Regional Director of Nursing provides clinical educational and professional supervision for site directors of nursing and support staff. The Regional DON works under the direction of the Program Manager/VPO and collaborates with medical leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team in the correctional environment to improve healthcare of incarcerated patients.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
Masters degree preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Progressive experience in nursing care with a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience preferred
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Corrections forensic or criminal justice experience preferred
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
