Position Overview

Location:Houston TX or Tulsa OK preferred (Nationwide remote considered)

Reports To:Executive Director or Business Unit Leader

Travel:Up to 50%

We areseekinga relationship-driven strategic business developmentprofessional who understands the pipeline integrity space and knows how to buildmeaningful revenue-producing client relationships. This roleis responsible forexpanding Integrity Specialists presence with pipeline operators contractors andengineering firms while deepening existing accounts to drive sustainable growth.

This is not a transactional sales role. Successrequiresindustry knowledge technicalcuriosity and the credibility to speak with integrity engineers project managers andIntegrityprogram leaders. The right candidate will be well-connected proactive andskilled at uncovering needs and positioningsolutions. The role works closely with Integrity Specialists leadership and SI Solutions leadership toidentify pursue and execute new and growth opportunities across the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities across pipeline service offerings( verification direct assessment NDE inspection digprogramsand integritysupport.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through proposalnegotiation and close.

  • Develop andmaintainstrong client relationships with pipeline operators contractors andintegrityengineering firms.

  • Identifycross-selling opportunities within existing accounts by understanding the full suite of Integrity Specialists and SI Solutions capabilities.

  • Compile business development data from NetSuite and internal sources for leadership reporting and BD presentations including wins losses opportunities and active orders.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring consistent communicationtransparency and follow-through.

  • Providetimelyupdates and reporting from business development meetings to support leadership visibility and coordinated pursuit efforts.

  • Collaborate directly with Integrity Specialists and SI Solutions leadership toidentifycross-selling new and growth opportunities.

  • Understand client project cycles inspection schedules and budget timelines toanticipateproject opportunities.

  • Partner with operations to resolve issues quickly andmaintainclient confidence.

  • Collaborate with operations and technical leads to ensure proposals areaccuratealigned and executable with client needs and company capabilities.

Industry Engagement

  • Represent Integrity Specialists at industry events conferences and client meetingspromotingthe companys brand and technical capabilities.

  • Maintain a visible presence in the pipeline integrity community to expand brand andreferral networks.

Qualifications

Required

  • 37 years of business development account management or technical salesexperience inpipelineintegrity or NDT services.

  • Established industry relationships with pipeline operators EPCs integrity managementfirms or midstream contractors

  • Strong technical knowledge of pipeline integrity programs and NDT methods (ILI DAUT MT RT PAUT AUT etc.)

  • Demonstratethe abilityto build trust manage accounts and drive revenue growth.

  • Excellent communicationskills with the ability to clearly convey value and build trust.

  • Able to be self-directed with strong organizational follow-through and accountstewardship.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree inBusinessEngineering or related technical field; equivalentcombination of education and experience considered.

  • Experience managing CRM and revenue forecasts.

  • Existing territory presence in Gulf Coast or Mid-Continent regions.
